Joe Scarfo has been involved in Joinery manufacturing that has formed part of our family history through 3 generations. Being inducted into his joinery and manufacturing family business from a young age was fantastic experience learning from the ground up what was required to complete a project from inception to completion.
Joe completed many projects large and small successfully from residential joinery and restoration works to incorporating commercial hotel fit outs such as TOK H, Young and Jacksons and Roxy Hotel to name a few all with the family business.
Forming his own fit out company he enjoyed many years of success, establishing relationships with clients such as McDonald’s Australia, Tattersalls, TAB, Village Cinemas, Pizza Hut, Sizzler, Kodak Australia and Brumbies Bakeries.
Offbite Projects was established to be specialised in Project & Construction Management of all types of retail, fit-out & construction projects mainly in Hospitality.

As a former chef turned shopfitter, Nathan has had a diverse career path in the food industry. With over 16 of experience in the culinary field, Nathan has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
After working in some of the best restaurants in Melbourne, Nathan decided to pursue a new challenge and transitioned to the field of shopfitting. Drawing on his experience in the food industry, Nathan has brought a unique perspective to his work as a Project Manager, specialising in overseeing the construction of new restaurants.
Working for Offbite Projects, Nathan has been involved in a variety of projects, ranging from small cafes to large-scale restaurant builds. In his role as Project Manager, Nathan has been responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
One of Nathan's strengths as a Project Manager is his ability to work closely with clients to understand their unique vision and translate it into a physical space. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the practical requirements of a restaurant, Nathan is able to create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, playing golf, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in design and construction. His passion for his work is evident in every project he undertakes, and he is dedicated to helping his clients create spaces that reflect his unique vision and style.
